How signup works.

kotobase uses passwordless identity: a WebAuthn passkey for people, or a self-custodied Web3/DID key presented as a single-use CACAO through auth.kotoba.cloud. The wallet's recovery phrase signs you in without the wallet. Click ابدأ ببلاش to sign in or create your identity, then choose Free hosted secure storage or a paid plan scoped to your tenant DID.

Use a passkey, your own Ethereum wallet, or its recovery phrase at auth.kotoba.cloud. No password, no email, no company SSO.

2. Choose a plan

Free is $0 and needs no card. Starter is $25/month (charged as ¥3,750) and Professional is $132/month (charged as ¥19,800); both open a tenant-scoped Stripe checkout. Business Critical ($292) is quoted by sales. Enterprise is a dedicated-deployment contract.

3. Continue Free start

After you sign in on Free hosted secure storage, follow the continuous Free loop: biscuit, write, query, then pin. No founder step.

Starter — Kotoba Labs Inc is responsible. Kotoba Labs Inc بتستضيف وتشغل الجراف في الخطة دي. السعر العام 25$/شهر — نفس المبلغ اللي مهندس فردي بيدفعه لـ Supabase Pro. الدفع ذاتي الخدمة؛ الرسوم ¥3,750 في الشهر. شريط Aura Professional 1 جيجابايت للشركات (65$) هو عرض بيع منفصل.

Kotoba Labs Inc مسؤولة عن التشغيل في الخطة دي: بتشغل، تراقب، تصلح، وتستعيد الخدمة؛ بتلتزم بـ SLA توافر شهري 99.9% مدعوم بائتمانات خدمة؛ بتعترف بالحوادث اللي بلغها العملاء خلال يوم عمل واحد؛ وبتلتزم بحدود التعامل مع البيانات والأمان المنشورة. التوافر بيتقاس ببوابة SLO اليومية، اللي إيصالاتها متسجلة في المستودع.

Business Critical — Kotoba Labs Inc is responsible under contract. Kotoba Labs Inc بتسعر المستوى ده مقابل Aura Business Critical 2 GB floor. توافر 99.95% ودعم 24x7 مرتبطين بس نشر متعاقد عليه بيعدي بوابات الكتابة متعددة المناطق والنداء. مش متوفرين على نقطة النهاية الإنتاجية المشتركة.

Enterprise — Kotoba Labs Inc is responsible under contract. Kotoba Labs Inc مسؤول عن التشغيل حسب شروط عقد المؤسسة الموقع، اللي ممكن يتعدى الشروط المنشورة: SLA توافر شهري 99.999% مع جدول ائتمان الخدمة، دعم مسمّى 24x7 مع تأكيد P1 خلال 15 دقيقة، مستأجر وبنية تحتية مخصصة، شروط خصوصية معتمدة من المستشارين لما تكون متاحة، التزامات بمكان تخزين البيانات، حفظ مفتاح العميل، قراءة التدقيق، وسياسة احتفاظ وحذف متفق عليها. الالتزامات دي مرتبطة بالنشر المخصص في العقد؛ مش متاحة على نقطة الإنتاج المشتركة.

Price (tax included)
  • Monthly automatic renewal with no fixed contract term; the first charge is due when you subscribe and later charges recur monthly.
  • The tenant entitlement normally becomes available immediately after payment completes.
  • Cancel at any time by emailing support@kotobase.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no cancellation fee.
  • Started periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or when the purchased service was not provided.
